SAA ******* and Hiding the Truth

In Feb this year I redeemed some of my Voyager miles as a domestic return ticket. Now when I try to convert the award into a flight it still costs more than a full blown ticket on all other carriers, and in some instances even double. And apparently you only have 30 days after the conversion to change your mind. If someone had told me then that the cost of the ticket would only be about R400 less than an actual one I would NEVER had made that decision. I would have rather converted it into a Spa voucher. Hiding the truth and false advertising has lost me as a Voyager member. I will now fly any other possible airline. SAA, be honest up front and give your loyal passengers all of the relevant information. It's the least you can do. Disappointed and disgusted
