SAA Refund: After 5 months no feedback!

Case ***2<br> <br> It took 2 months for SAA to give me the case number and inform me that Phidelia Ndwandwa has been assigned. That was March and to date I've had no feedback. <br> <br> SAA canceled a flight and advised that my expenses arising from there action will be refunded... lies.
