SAA really need to start improving the passenger experience because they are lightyears behind any other airline in the same cost bracket

Staff are good however,

You pay the same amount to travel internationally with SAA as you do with Emirates / Etihad etc. and it is literally like going back 40 years in time. I travel regularly on the JHB - PERTH direct flight and the experience is awful and the minimum cost of a ticket is R15,000 return.
