SAA pour service delivery

On 27/12/2017 I was boarding at OR Tambo at SAA teller 42. We were in que at 07h03. There was only 3/10 tellers open whereby 1 teller was occupied with a large group of people, a 4th teller was closed. On arrival at teller at 07h28, we were refused to book indie to late arrival. I politely asked assistant to make call which she refused. We had to pay an additional R1336 for a new flight. If all tellers were open, we would have been fine.
