SAA POOR SEVICE

I have booked a ticket from JHB to Bloemfontein for one of my Trainers and because of personal reasons she had to cancel. I then phoned SAA to ask if they could change the name on the ticket to one of my other Trainers and they reply as follows: 1. Cancel the ticket - no refunds 2. Buy another ticket and pay for it. NO WONDER SAA IS IN TROUBLE???????
