SAA poor service for paraplegic passages

SAA is the worst airline. I am having major problems booking a wheelchair for a paraplegic traveler. I have called five times with no confirmation. I spoke to Tacy Xaba and Figile and they advised that I need to call 3 hours before the flight to confirm. This is wrong as a paraplegic needs time to fly ect and this early reservation is a prerequisite. My flight is from Durban to Jhb and return. So this matter continues
