SAA poor service

I was bul**** by SAA ground staff who forced me to check in my small suitcase even though my flight ticket allows that. I was 8th in the queue boarding the plane. Approximately 5 people were allowed in with their suitcases whilst I & other passengers were forced to hand over our suitcases. As expected, when I got onboard I found plentiful space in the overhead cabins. I spend so much money annually on flights & won’t fly SAA again. What a lousy experience first thing on a Saturday morning
