SAA PERSONELL NOT ON DUTY, NO COMPASSION

On Sunday 6 September 2015 my son went to OR Tambo for his 18h30 flight. He was on time, but there was nobody at the counter.<br> After phoning his dad to come back, they start running around in OR Tambo to get the video footage as proof that there was nobody to help him (and the other 2 also waiting in line).<br> Needles to say, my son (and the others) never got on that flight, and we had to re-book for Monday.<br> There should be proof on video that there was nobody at that counter, and even the girl that came there after, refuses to help, or to give her name to my husband. Instead, my husband and son turned out to be the laugh of the town amongst the personnel.<br> Pathetic service with *********** people with a lack of compassion !<br> I have send them mail, they responded that Phidelia Ndwandwa will handle my complaint, next email.....a survey to complete on how they handled my complaint ...ARE YOU SERIOUS !!! ?????<br> My other son was left in Australie because of overbooking from SAA, and this was left in OR because of lies and deception.....every time costing ME money, time and them loosing out on his own 21st birthday party and the other of the morning class at KOVSIE.
