SAA pathetic call center

Today Nov 17th I phoned to SAA Customer call center at 4:22 pm to have a ticket modified for my girl friend who doesn't speak english. The lady on the phone ask me many questions then the new date.....suddenly she said "hold on for a second"......20 minutes later I had to hang up as it was obvious that she didn't want to help me to have the ticket modified. Once we want to buy a new ticket we will remember how friendly this SAA person was with us.
