SAA passing the buck between departments

<p>i need to travel with a large luggage item so I called SAA reservations and enquired only to be told to speak to Voyager. </p> <p>I called Voyager Only to be told to call baggage department</p> <p>i called baggage only to be told to call SAA</p> <p>so now I am calling hellopeter</p> <p> </p> <p>I am flying business class on a gold voyager and need to know what a 70kg box measuring approximately 1.7m square will cost. This will be my only luggage. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
