SAA or ASS

Bought a ticket in January Ref KWJ2EX. The SA302 flight on Monday 23rd is scheduled for 06:00am. At 5:45 I received notification of a delay which resulted in SAA canceling the flight.

I had to make alternative travel arrangements with LIFt to the cost of R3600.00 SAA refuses to refund my ticket. They said they have refunded the agent, but the agent did not purchase the ticket, I did. SAA cancelled the ticket, they must refund me. I have sent all the documentation, spoken to staff, and no joy. SAA is the WORST EVER!!!
