SAA online refunds team missing in action in communications

I have emailed the online refunds team and Kholofelo Mmola over a dozen times and made four phones call since 21 December asking for an update on the refund from SAA. I have not received any update in two weeks eventhough I have emailed and phoned their online refunds team. I would love to hear back from them with an update on their progress and a timeline on the refund.
