SAA not taking me serious am frustrated

This is my story <br> when for holiday in December in Cameroon leave south Africa on the 24 of December 2014 at 15:30 arriving in Douala-Cameroon at 22:20 and none of my luggage arrive , when to the SAA office for inquiries the told me that i will have my luggage the next day so i was force to sleep in Douala because i was leaving to the ouest region of Cameroon without having any one in Douala i took a hotel room for a night i end up spend a week in a hotel because my luggage come on the 31 of December when to SAA in Douala to ask them about my hotel bill the say i must complaint with baggage services in south Africa thing that i do and the told me that the cannot help me now i don't know where and who to go to am just tired and frustrated about a hotel bills of R15.500 that i pay and don't get my money back when SAA is the cause of this please tell me what to do <br> thanks.
