SAA not honouring Deferred Compensation Certificate

<p>SAA gave me a Deferred Compensation Certificate €600 for bumping me off a Munich to Johannesburg flight. It is now over a month and I have not yet received my compensation. I have struggled and suffered doing the following:</p> <p>1. Called *** over a dozen times and spent almost an hour holding with no answer<br />2. sent over a dozen emails with no luck<br />3. driving twice to OR Tambo International airport but they couldn’t assist as there was no Manager on duty<br />4. spent 3 hours driving and wasting petrol to and from OR Tambo International airport<br />5. spent R60 for parking at OR Tambo International airport</p> <p> They are putting me through further aggravation, poor service, time wastage, hardship and petrol wastage over and above bumping me off the flight. DO NOT get fooled by their compensation certificates and refund vouchers as they fail to honour them. SAA treats its customers like *******.</p>
