SAA no customer service

So after numerous phone calls, I still could not get through to SAA regarding my complaint Case Number: ***1, yet they send emails acknowledging my request for service - I read how people praise SAA on the food served but food does not make an airline fly, good customer service does and this SAA has no clue of - reading the news seeing SAA just started and already under investigation for ***** etc. tells me exactly what type of people we are dealing with... as mentioned previously 'was supposed to fly with SAA they f... up everything never flew with them and never will' GO SAFAIR your service is excellent and with all the **** with SAA you came up with support
