SAA - MISSING, LOST OR ****** BAGGAGE????

Arriving from Canada to Johannesburg last week one of my two suitcases had gone missing. I immediately lodged the complaint and was told my baggage would be delivered to me the following day. It is now five days since I have seen my baggage and the numbers I was given to call and follow up are either unanswered or aggressively unhelpful. On a previous trip I had a six hour transit wait to PE and the check in counter refused to put my luggage through until maximum two hours before my flight. The attendant at the desk actually informed me it was not secure to check it in early because it gave "THEM" too much time to break into my cases and ***** content!!!! I am afraid that this might well turn out to be the case.
