SAA miles - the question is: who gets them???

<p>I have registered at the SAA voyager service 3 years ago. It worked well for one year then my flights were no more credited. I have sent my Boarding Passes via the SAA website several times, have called them but nothing has changed. I have recently discovered that they have entered a fault in the spelling of my name that prevent the credit to be done. I have sent the copy of my passport and called several times again + e-mails, nothing happened. Whilst I thought they were just inefficient, I wonder now if it's not done on purpose? Could my miles go to someone else? Why not after all if you consider that there is no way for a customer like me to get a proper reply from SAA... Does someone know what to do next to get any attention from them?</p>
