SAA ****** me off my money. Disappointed

SAA ****** me off my money. I booked tickets to CPT and when I contracted COVID, I decided to cancel the ticket the same way I booked it, online. I gave a valid medical reason and supp**** the documents. Once canceled online, I got no email from them, nothing. I had to call and find out what was going on with the cancelation. No one during my calls told me that it was a non refundable ticket - I paid up to 3k for those tickets and I was refunded 157 Rands. What the hell. What they can tell me is, I should have canceled with an agent, it's unfortunate I canceled online. An agent would have told me that those tickets are non refundable. Was I meant to guess that, was I meant to travel with COVID??. I Did the right thing as a client - went online and canceled now I'm being told I should have called in. What the **** SAA, really. I want my money back
