SAA & Mango are *******!!

I tried to book a Mango flight using my SAA voyager miles, settling the required amount using part miles and the remainder using cash. When processing the cash portion, the connection failed, but they had already cleaned out my 11500 miles. I wasn't sent a reference number for this, I tried to call SAA to have them fix it, they referred me to the Mango helpline which they DON\T answer. I found the SAA agents unwilling to assist
