SAA Luggage Damage drama

Horrible experience. My luggage was damaged and delivered 2 days late after it was left at another airport. It was delivered damaged and the courier was well aware that it was damaged but chose to deliver it anyway. Then I was told that I need to bring the bag back to the airport for them to inspect it agyrr they had brought it from the airport without inspecting it knowing very well that the wheels are gone. I was then advised that in any case I would have to fix it myself and then send a receipt for them to refund me. So disappointed
