SAA lie to passengers lie to management and breach flight security

So a short version. After flying all the way from Durban to JHB then to Kenya then back to South Africa with the same hand luggage checking all the way through we get stopped at the plane door and told we cannot board as we have too much hand luggage. After a disagreement and then realizing we would not get anywhere with these obstructive employees we ask for a cable tie to secure the one bag as it now had to go to the hold. They told us they had no cable ties for us. Now everyone knows the theft in SAA and no ways our hand luggage is going into the hold unsecured. One bag with expensive camera equipment and the other with jewelery and we ask for help from a second person with just as much attitude. So as a result we are removed from the flight and told to get our baggage from the terminal. So our bags are not removed they **** to us. Then they **** to management and said we refused to show them our boarding passes which we had on the phone at the door to the plane to be seated. So the plane flew a major security risk with our bags after we were removed from the flight. The lies obstructive approach attitude and unprofessional conduct is unacceptable but not surprising if this is the general aporoach of SAA staff not surprising they have such a bad reputation.
