SAA Late departure

Had a flight to PE on the 6th of October from Jhb with SAA, the flight was delayed with 2 hours and gate changes without any explanations whatsoever, they didn't apologise for the inconvenience and didn't consider that people had connecting flights elsewhere. I was not happy with their service at all. The worst is that they didn't have the decency to apologise and explain why the delay.
