SAA lack of client service and commitment

Booked for a child on SA Airways to have travel assist. Due to her lack of assistance at the OR Thambo airport she missed the flight and now a new ticket has to be bought as it is cheaper than what SAA is willing to offer to re-issue a ticket. This whole thing transpired due to SAA's lack of commitment to passengers
