SAA IS THE WORST AIRLINE

SAA Is the worst. It is a horrible airline. I was suppose to have gone to JHB on the 27 Feb from Umtata. My flight got cancelled. No one bothered to call or send an email. I only got to know of this after I called them because I could not do an online check in. I was told my flight will be rescheduled for 08:00 AM the following day.

I went to the Airport only to find out that I was not booked for the morning flight they booked me when I got there for their afternoon flight. I have been unwell for almost 3 weeks now and I had a doctors appointment to attend. Now i have missed it.

I am disgraced to call this the National Airline. It is not reliable and does not value its customers. I would not refer this airline to anyone. It is useless. I have not had an apology from the Airline.
