SAA is the worst airline

SAA is by far the worst airline they messed up my flight details after i called to make the changes through their call center

not only did they send me the confirmation they are now saying changes were not made on their side i refuse to pay for a no show fee when the changes were made and confirmation was sent through their call center

they keep you on hold for long and they have no decency to call back. I will do my level best to ensure that people know that SAA call centre people do not do their job
