SAA is the worst

Worst service ever. Had a flight from Washington to Kinberley that connects in Johannesburg. It was explained to me that the bags would be transported straight to Kimberley. Only finding out in Johannesburg my bags are lying around somewhere. Then after running up and down for more than an hour to find my bags I am now stranded with bags and they want R50 and hour to store the bags. Will never use SAA again if I can choose. The people dont know whats going on. I explained I cannot keep the bags. But still no help.
