SAA is a terrible and *********** airline to use. And what terrible service. Bunch on *********** fools. Don't want to help when it's their mistake in the first place

My wife flew from DBN to JHB on sat 21/09/2019 checked in two bags but only recieved one in JHB. From JHB she flew to Saudi Arabia on the same day and apparently bag was found but she still has not received is in Saudi Arabia 4 days now and counting. Baggage service doesn't seem to care or doesn't want to help as they say they sent the bag and my wife needs to check with Saudi Airlines . But they made the mistake and why must my wife now be looking for her bag everyday. It's her first trip overseas and she doesn't have any clothes as it was all in that bag that SAA lost. Baggage service refused to let me speak to a supervisor and SAA customer service said there is nothing they can do to help. So my wife's first trip overseas is not a pleasant one thanks to *********** South African Airways . Bunch of *********** fools and no one seems to care. So my wife flies out of Medina to Mecca tomorrow where will the bag be is anybody's guess.
