SAA International flight to Luanda worse than a taxi to Soweto

<p>Flight SA0054 to Luanda on 28 June 2016</p> <p> </p> <p>The plane I booked on was not the same as the plane we flew in, consequently my booked seat was not available.</p> <p>What we got was clearly something that would only be suitable for a short, domestic ,second rate, sub-economic flight. A Boing 737-800, probably a 1980 model based on condition and fittings.<br />No on board entertainment. Bad seats, narrow and uncomfortable.</p> <p>The flight was more than an hour late with no apology or explanation.</p> <p>The food was not fresh - the salad was limp and inedible, a clear indicator of the age of the rest of the offering.</p> <p>I have been offered no discount for this pathetic excuse for internationally priced travel. TAAG would have been 100% better.<br />Shame on you SAA. Is there no end to the depths of your inability to deliver on your marketing promises?</p> <p>A Soweto taxi driver shows more pride in delivering his passengers to their destination than your pathetic excuse for an airline.</p> <p>You have the ***** to email me and ask me to review your service - well here is my review on hellopeter for all to read, not just your overpaid underachieving staff.</p>
