SAA ******* TRANSACTIONS

The most pathetic service that I have ever experienced.

On the 5th Feb 18, I purchased 7 airline tickets with my Standard Bank Cheque card from Maun to OR Tambo. Payment went off immediately from my account. But then again 2 days later on the 8th Feb 2018, another 7 payments of R3 862.55 each was processed *******ly and unauthorized by South African Airways ticketing department.

We immediately contacted them by email but we received ZERO response. We then called numerous times and spoke to several *********** people and eventually to their supervisor and each one asked us the same questions without taking the trouble to check our emails to get the facts. End result ZERO progress.

We then commented this matter on twitter and we received an immediate apology but still no progress towards a resolution.

We then went to our bank, Standard Bank to lodge a dispute regarding these ******* transactions. Now 1 month later, we still have no response from South African Airways. We still have received NO refund for these ******* transactions.
