SAA Ignore you after a refund is requested.

I booked and paid for my ticket online. I cancelled it over a week ago as I could not longer travel due to the Corona Virus. I have tried calling, I have emailed there is just no reply on either. The last time I called I was on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up. This time round I have been on hold for 20 minutes. Where is my refund???
