SAA has a bad Customer ethic

<p>I am a Lifetime SAA member. Having been booked on a series of flights on Mango by my client, each time I have gone to the Lounge in JHB I have been let in with a request to link my Mango flights to Voyager in the future. I spent an hour last week discovering that all Mango allows you to do is use your Voyager points to make a booking but that there is no procedure to link paid for flights to SAA. When I tried to get in this time, a very rude and ****** guy refused telling me that I had to have booked on SAA's website and not Mangos. I say ****** because when I talked him on his conversation with the next guy and the fun he had been making of me, her said "I am very comfortable not letting your sort in here and there is nothing you can do about it." That's while he was holding my Lifetime Card in his hands. This is obviously why SAA wasted R5 Billion last year and why it will continue to lose our tax money. There Slow Lounge is directly opposite though. As are other airlines and options. </p>
