SAA gave the best customer service possible

<p>For our flight SA 190 Johannesburg to Mauritius 19 December 2016, SAA, and in particular, Mrs Zanele Marule of customer services, really pulled out all the stops to get the last 2 of 10 family members on to the plane to Mauritius. The flight had been overbooked and as some of us could not do pre check ins, we were left stranded. Mrs Marule took charge and ran with us to immigration in the last few minutes before the boarding gates closed. She was fantastic, many thanks!</p>
