SAA Flight SA 471

I booked a flight for my Boss in Business Class. On the booking confirmation, it clearly said Business Class. When my Boss arrived at the airport he was checked into the Business Class, only to be removed by Fiwa Mphahlele who did not even want to verify the facts. He forced him out of the Business class and took him to Economy. <br> This was a huge embarrassment to him as he is a well respected man. I had to take all the blame because i am the one who made the booking. Now I am at risk pf loosing my job because of Fiwa Mphahlele. <br> SAA should apologise in writing for not training their staff well and for not tecahing them good customer service practices.
