SAA FLIGHT CANCELATION - COVID-19

Hi SAA,

I have been trying to postpone my flight that I booked via Travelstart and have received no valuable assistance. At this point I have exhausted my options, I have no clue how to get through to travelstart given this lockdown now, I have called and emailed several times with no success. I want to cancel my flights.
