SAA double charge me no refund

Phoned the booking making sure about flights lady said If i book on the SAA website I can transport my weapons with me ...made booking as I was on the phone the day of flight to make sure and asking all details needed when I got there they said I can not and have to move my flight spoke to the lady at airport she said if I pay the money for moving ticket it was more than 1200 They are going to listen to recording and pay back the funds but I must pay today asked for all my details and phone number money still not payed back
