SAA double billed me and they are taking their ample time to refund me my money

I booked a flight with SAA online for 3 tickets, and was billed again 5 days later, when I want my refund they are telling me about 30-60 days refund and it has been 30 days and still no response from them. You can't wait for 30-60 days for your own money but when they took it they didn't think twice, I really want my money as now I am on negative and every money deposited goes to SAA. am I working for them now?
