SAA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!
27th April 2015,I took flight SA 354 from CPT to JNB.Upon arrival,my checked in baggage had been badly damaged.I informed the lady working at your Customer Baggage Service who assisted me in lodging a complaint.

I went home with a reference number & returned the bag a few days later. My bag was taken in for what I believed was repairs & I was told that the process would take up to 7 days.

After not having received any communication, I phoned in on the 15th May and spoke to a lady by the name of Sinethemba who informed me that my bag could not be repaired and that I needed to complete a claim form for the bag to be replaced.

Eventually I was sent forms which I completed and sent back on the 9th July. I received a response on the 28th July informing me that Thembi Libate will be working on my claim and that the process will take 21 working days. Today marks the 22nd day since the 28th July and I have not had any form of communication from Thembi Libate.

This is really unacceptable from an airline of such high caliber

My reference number is JNBSA 20223
