SAA - Disgusting attitude

I arrived at the boarding gates at 5.25 am but my boarding pass not on passbook on my iPhone so they referred me to the counter. By the time I got there it was 5.35 am and all I asked was for the boarding pass to be printed as I was already checked in. The service agent was in the process of doing this but the manager Mr Gadebe refused. He said it would delay the flight. I said there was no line at the check in and I had no bags but he refused. So, I had to go to the SAA counter , pay R700 to get the 6.20 flight, go back to the check in counter and collect a boarding pass.

The irony is that that I am already sitting on the 6.20 flight at 5.50. I could have been on the 6.00 am flight well in time.

Mr Gadebe refused to give me his name until I asked the service consultant. Really poor customer service
