SAA disgusting

I never make use of SAA when flying ,none of my family either unfortunately my daughter was booked on SAA and I vowed to never use them ,on Sunday she was left with no money after her luggage was over the limit she then took out clothing from the heavier bag and put into the smaller under weight bag .The hostesses caused so much anxiety and insisted that the money she still needs to pay is R1200 ,they argued in front of the passengers and didn’t allow her to return to weighing to see that the bags is balanced they just insisted that she pay R1200 ,she is a student
