SAA **************_ Customer Service needs to improve

" SAA still offers value for money..." - I do not agree with this. I had the worst experience on Saturday 26 Feb with SAA flight 323 JHB-CPT . I was so looking forward to flying with you once again, but was so disappointed with the customer service I got, I have never been so disrespected and felt so discriminated like that by an airline all my life. Your staff member "ANDREW NONTONGO" was very rude, disrespectful and i am still trying to figure out why out of all the people at the airport he chose to be rude. Even the Air Hostess (i have forgotten her name) agreed with me that was unacceptable. Dear SAA please train your staff on the importance of customer service, no matter what the situation is all humans deserve kindness and respect.
