SAA = disappointment

From delayed flights, excessively expensive penalties from being "late" and rude staff members at OR Tambo ( Tshililo Muedu) Flights might be cheaper than competitors but the flights clearly and most definitely equals to cheap and poor service and customer care. Be prepared for disappointment when flying with SAA. SAA should've stayed out of business but with all the hassles as of late I'm sure it's just a matter of time
