SAA Delays

I was in Bloem,booked a ticket to OR TAMBO, Only to find out the flight will delay for 6hours. This is not happening for the first time. When I asked for a refund,as I had to be in PTA by 5pm, I was told I will have to book for myslef and the refund will be processed in 8 weeks.

No Willingness to assist. Arrogance and they are so inconsiderate.
