SAA - ****************

<p>1. Booked a ticket with SAA, so that my husband could fly from JHB to DBN with his rifle, as SAA is the only airline that we could use.</p> <p>2. When he reaches the airport on the 25th May 2016, they refused to allow him on the plane as they said we purchased a coach share flight</p> <p>3. When booking this ticket I had an agent on the line & she advised me, that I can book and we will not have an issue at the airport, to our horror we did.</p> <p>4. He had to then purchase a new ticket for another R1300 and I have been requesting a refund of the original amount of R1049 & they are refusing. </p> <p>5. Why I am so irritated, is that why would I call SAA to book a flight on Mango, it is like going to Nandos & ordering KFC. If I wanted a Mango flight I would have went onto the Mango flight. I was aware that SAA was the only airline that handles firearms (as I did my homework, before booking the flight).</p> <p>6. I am so sick & tired of being abused & having no joy with these airlines</p> <p>7. I have requested the recording’s and to date I have not received anything. Why is this? Yes they called & by this time I was upset & completely rude (I am admitting that).</p> <p>8. It is well and good, they can take your money & when it is time for us to get a refund they do not want to. What are they going to do with the additional money we paid?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
