SAA customer support is pathetic

South African Airways Case Reference Number: *** I have a Booking ***, with Ticket number: ***171. It is for a flight "SAA operated by Emirates" on ( July 2023 at 1820 from Cape Town to Dubai. I cannot check my flight on the Emirates website and Emirates says I won't be able to check in online until SAA transfers the ticket to them. I want to know when SAA will do so and if I will then be able to get an Emirates booking ref and ticket number so that I can manage my booking. Neither the reservations or customer service departments are offering any feedback on this matter. It is unacceptable services. Voyager number ***
