SAA Contravening CPA

SAA advertised tickets to Abu Dhabi at a special fare. Naturally consumers booked this itinery and PAID for it. 3 days later, SAA sends out a cancellation email to all consumers who purchased those airline tickets stating the tickets are cancelled as a result of an error on their side. Every preson who purchased those tickets have an e-ticket which i believe is a legally binding document. Furthermore, i believe SAA is in blatant contravention of the CPA, not just one part of it but various parts of the ACT. <br> In terms of SAA's Service Commitment, they are committed to treating the customer honestly and fairly, their actions prove otherwise. <br> In addition to the above, SAA took payment for all the tickets sold, therefore it can also contribute to credit card ***** which due to my profession I am aware of such within the SAA team. I believe SAA needs to honor the tickets purchased, failure to do so will result in various legal battles from very angry and rightfully so consumers.
