SAA Consultant Josiah - Unprofessional

Josiah at the helpdesk in OR Tambo 25 January 2024, 15:15 pm is extremely rude, and unprofessional. When attempting to ask for assistance to upgrade my flight, he was curt and started speaking to his colleague about how he needs to now get the card machine from the back office. This is an airline that was under financial distress a short while ago and with customer service officials like Josiah, we can see why. Additionally while waiting in the queue, he took his time chatting to an ACSA employee and exchanging frivolities on their cellphones instead of assisting us corporate travellers with time sensitive deadlines.
