SAA - clueless call centre, clueless all round

I have had the most painful experience with SAA over the last few days, 5 calls later, a drive to the airport and still the staff are totally clueless as to what is happening and how one goes about to redeem a festive season voucher!!! Bad service, bad attitude!!
