SAA Check-in Counter 48 Attendant Very Rude

Good day<br> <br> On the morning 9h30 at the OR Tambo Airport me & my family wanted to check in at the SAA counter 48. The lady working there was shouting at my wife because my wife did not print out 2 of the 5 the electronic tickets and only had our passports with her. My wife was calm and explained to her that she did not have email access with her while in SA, and that this is the first and only time that she could not print 2 of the 5. The lady at the counter 48 was shouting at her asking her how is she suppose to do her job if my wife didn't print out the tickets. My wife told her that she would rather let another counter help her then, because of how embarrassed she is by the treatment she was receiving as a client who is paying R7000 to fly the family of 5 to Windhoek. It seemed that we were too much off effort for her to help.<br> <br> The lady then gave back our passports & tore up the first boarding pass infrontt off us all.<br> <br> Andy then helped us, and he managed to book us in without the two electronic tickets. The lady at the counter 48 then walked to take a tea break. It seemed that she did not want to help us & the rude attitude scared us away from using SAA ever again. Unprofessional
