SAA cheated us on sale price

Last week SAA had a special on flights from JHB to Melbourne with a stop over in Perth. I was informed on the weekend that the special had ended on Friday and I subsequently purchased a ticket on Sunday through Flight Centre at an additional charge of +/- R2840 more than the original sale price. On Monday SAA decided to continue with their sale and refuse to refund the balance or even bump me up to a better class. Flight centre explained the issue to SAA but SAA is not willing to come to the party whatsoever and has taken a "don't care" approach to the situation. I feel cheated out of money and don't appreciate the lack of understanding after all SAA cancelled the special and after two days had the special again. Does not seem very ethical to penalise the clients who purchased the exact same tickets as the special for almost R3000 more and then to have a tough **** for the client attitude. The exact reason why South Africans don’t support SAA.

I want my money back or to be bumped up to a better class please. All issues can be remedied in an amicable manner. But please don't come with your "don't care" attitude it doesn't fly with your customers anymore!
