SAA CARGO Pathetic Communication

Received the worse treatment from SAA CARGO

I have been calling back and fourth and have been transferred from pillar to post for a simple quote on a luggage that needs to be sent to another province.

Never have issues flying but something so simple has been an absolute nightmare to finalize a whole 24 hours wasted!!
